Bruno Spengler contested 15 seasons of DTM between 2005 and 2019, winning the title in 2012, finishing twice as runner-up (2006 and 2007) and three times third (2010, 2011 and 2013). Over the course of this he established himself among the most successful drivers in the championship, taking a total of 14 victories, 38 podium finishes, 17 pole-positions and 14 fastest laps. Spengler was born near Strasbourg, France but moved with his parents to Saint-Hippolyte, Quebec, Canada, when he was 3. He went to school in Canada but continued to go back to France where he started competing in kart racing in 1995. Spengler has also gained experience in endurance racing, both with GT models and prototypes, in prestigious series such as the FIA WEC, the American IMSA series, and recently also in the Italian GT Championship. In parallel, Bruno has participated in numerous virtual races, showing a passion for all-round racing.
